Eiproducten Wulro B.V. has the possibility of using high standards with regard to food safety because of using high-quality technologies, an automated operating system and a modern quality control system. The NCAE (Netherlands Controlling Authority Eggs) is in charge of access control with regard to delivered eggs and, in addition, Wulro has several certificates and quality marks that safeguard the quality of the egg products. The EC approval number of Wulro is EP6561.
Qualified personnel checks and monitors the quality and standards of the other raw materials and end products in our own laboratory. The company carries out microbiological tests in an external accredited laboratory that tests all produced egg product batches on a daily basis with regard to the required microbiological parameters.
Wulro B.V. is supervised by the NCAE that checks whether Wulro and its egg products meet the applicable EC Regulations 589/2008 (marketing standards for eggs) and 178/2002, 852/2004 and 853/2004 (EU Hygiene related regulations). Wulro has, as one of only a few, been granted approval for the processing of egg shells to produce category 3 material (EC 7974).
Since 2007, Eiproducten Wulro B.V. has been BRC certified at the highest level (Grade A) and, in addition, the company has HACCP approval approved by NCAE.
In 2010, the GMP+ B1 certificate was attained for the production of feed (dried egg shells) and this certificate was expanded in 2012 with the GMP+ B4 certificate for the transport of animal feed for which Wulro has a dedicated semi-trailer.
In 2012, the KAT certificate was attained (EP-007-NL). In 2013, the BIO certificate was attained (SKAL number 101879) and in 2014 the Kosher certificate (20734).
To conclude, in 2016, the Vlog/Ohne Gentechnik certificate was attained (GRO00904) and in 2017 the HALAL certificate so that Wulro can deliver a wide range of certified end products to you.
