The filling process for this product is done aseptically, resulting in a longer shelf life. Sterile polyethylene bags are used inside a cardboard box with or without markings including product information. The boxes are stacked on a plastic pallet.

|1000 litre RVS
Regardless of whether the product is or is not pasteurized, it is used to fill a 1000 litre stainless steel container. Before being filled, the stainless steel container is cleaned very efficiently in a container washing line.
Before being filled, every container is inspected visually.

|1000 litre Pallecon Ultra
After pasteurization, the product is used to fill a 1000 litre liner in a Pallecon Ultra Box. A polyethylene bag is used inside a plastic box (Pallecon). An option is also available whereby a sterile polyethylene bag is filled aseptically.
Before being filled, the tanker is cleaned via a CIP (Cleaning In Place) cleaning process.
The powder products are delivered in lots of 25 kg. The packaging consists of a polyethylene bag inside a cardboard box with a sticker displaying product information.
